Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas in manufacturing and industrial locations, including buildings, production zones, parking lots, and perimeters. Maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, verify visitor and contractor authorization at access points, and manage badge processes. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations while providing customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers. Observe site conditions such as unsecured doors or fire hazards and report concerns promptly. Use computer or tablet systems as needed to maintain accurate documentation. Work part-time shifts from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control or badge experience is preferred
