Job Summary
Greet visitors, provide directions, and support access procedures at the front desk of a financial services location. Monitor visitor activity, verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain accurate records. Answer calls, receive deliveries, and communicate routine requests. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following site-specific emergency response procedures. Monitor lobby and entrance areas for unusual activity and report concerns. Work part-time overnight shifts from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
