Job Summary
Security Officer, Overnight at a Job Corps center in San Jose, CA. Responsible for enforcing Safety and Security Department laws, rules and policies; patrol assigned areas; transport students in a company vehicle; provide escort services; conduct safety checks and investigations; maintain Student Accountability logs; participate in disciplinary processes and attend required training. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and CPR/FA certification; preferred experience in security and possibly Class B license with passenger/air brake endorsement. Shift is Thursday–Monday, 12:00am–8:30am.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid State Driver’s License
- Preferred: Three to six months’ experience in security or work-related capacity
- Class B License with passenger/air brake endorsement preferred
- CPR/FA Certification
