Security Officer Overnight Shelter Rounds

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers while executing site-specific procedures and access-control protocols at a government-operated residential location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and medical emergencies by notifying appropriate personnel and emergency responders. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity and monitor access points for policy violations. Maintain visitor and incident documentation, reporting unusual conditions to site leadership. This role requires a valid New York State Security Guard License, one year of security experience, and a high school diploma. Applicants must pass a background investigation and drug screen.
