Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter incidents and identify unusual activity. Respond to incidents, access concerns, property alarms, and critical situations while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff. Monitor access points and observe visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervision and property management personnel. Work overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
