Job Summary
Monitor assigned areas, conduct routine unarmed patrols of food and beverage production zones, warehouses, parking areas, and facility perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while supporting access control, verifying visitor authorization, and documenting entry and exit activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken, while observing and reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to management. This role supports a caring, reliable team at a food and beverage location in Rockingham, NC. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma, and hold a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
