Security Officer - Outdoor Retail Center

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and guests by executing security procedures, property policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally while documenting observations per site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific protocols. Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, hazards, and security issues to appropriate contacts or Allied Universal supervision. This part-time role offers flexible anchor shifts with an option to claim additional shifts for increased earnings. Applicants must hold a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma. A guard card is preferred, and all candidates undergo background investigations and drug screenings.
