Job Summary
Patrol and monitor premises to detect irregularities, suspicious behavior, or security breaches. Observe and report incidents, communicate with local law enforcement and fire departments as necessary, and write detailed daily reports on occurrences. Conduct unarmed foot patrols of interior and exterior areas while responding to requests for assistance and evaluating appropriate courses of action. Maintain proper use and submission of all patrol forms and comply with on-site operations manuals and post orders. Assume other duties as required by the client or Northeast Security, Inc. Available for Friday-Saturday 2200-0600 shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Requires high school diploma, background check, and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to cover various posts during the assigned shift
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)

- Customer Service Experience preferred
- Previous Customer Service experience, or related field/education
- Neat and professional appearance
