Job Summary
Monitor premises, control access, and patrol various locations to maintain a safe environment for clients. Enforce regulations regarding personnel and visitors while resolving conflicts and de-escalating tense situations. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, and ensure all post orders and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service to employees and guests, utilize technology devices throughout the shift, and conduct property tours. Respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation, remaining calm and professional during stressful situations. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma, and possess above-average computer skills. Open availability preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Above average computer / technology skills
- Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
