Security Officer, On Call, Up to 20 Hrs. 2 Positions

Enforce all laws, rules, and policies authorized by the Safety and Security Department while adhering to PRH, CSDC, and Center Operating Procedures. Patrol assigned areas to detect disturbances, fires, safety hazards, and suspicious persons; perform building security and safety checks; conduct approved searches and inspections. Transport students in a company vehicle, issue visitor passes and temporary vehicle permits, and investigate vehicular accidents at the center. Maintain Student Accountability logs, receive complaints, and participate in the disciplinary process with zero tolerance for violence and drugs. Provide escort services, assist visitors, students, and staff, and offer temporary coverage in dormitories and recreation areas. This on-call role involves up to 20 hours per week with a schedule determined by the supervisor.
