Job Summary
Provide customer service by executing safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols around business and perimeter areas while responding to incidents and critical situations with a calm, problem-solving approach. Maintain visibility and display exceptional communication skills across diverse industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. This role requires a valid Florida Security License D, one year of security experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. Full-time positions offer hourly pay starting at $17.50 with access to DailyPay, health insurance, and 401k plans. Applicants must be available for multiple shifts, including weekends and holidays, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Security License D License
- 1+ Years Security Experience
- Fluent, English, and Spanish
- Be at least 21+ years of age
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Available to work any time and day
- Must be comfortable walking and standing for extended periods of time
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and indoors in all elements of the weather
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
