Job Summary
Security Officer responsible for generating incident reports, escorting and observing guests and team members for safety, acting as an emergency dispatcher coordinating with outside agencies, operating property vehicles, maintaining knowledge of facilities and events, ensuring safe transport of money and opening/closing gaming tables, interacting with guests professionally, and facilitating information flow through regular departmental meetings. Must verify age (21+), comply with gaming regulations, and be able to work in adverse weather conditions. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related security experience, with strong communication and physical stamina.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred
- Excellent communication skills required
- Must be able to walk and stand for at least 8 hours a day
- Must be at least 21 years of age
