Security Officer - Mobile Response Driver

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and complete required reports in accordance with site policies. A valid driver's license is required for this Boise, ID role with a day shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
