Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking lots, building exteriors, and perimeters to identify unusual activity and report hazards. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations while maintaining accurate logs and verifying visitor credentials. Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Monitor access points and communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership to support a welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
