Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity and access concerns. Monitor visitor, tenant, and contractor activity at access points while providing customer service to site personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations by documenting observations, completing required reports, and maintaining a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior. Use technology to report observations and support access control activities in commercial real estate locations. Requires a valid driver's license, high school diploma, and availability for evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- A guard card or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control or badge experience is preferred
