Job Summary
Monitor areas of the Casino and Hotel complex, ensuring excellent guest experiences and providing great guest service. Prepare reports regarding security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences. Complete all tasks in line with Federal and Territory legislation while reporting and preventing the entry of any unauthorised guests. When required, provide First Aid assistance. This full-time role is based at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, offering a tropical lifestyle with access to national parks. Team members receive a complimentary meal each shift, free parking, and discounts on dining and spa treatments. The application period closes on 24/08/2026.
Required Qualifications
- Security License or Crowd Control License issued by the NT Government
- Certificates in First Aid and CPR
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Responsible Service of Gambling
- Casino Operative's License or willing to obtain
- Must be able to prepare reports regarding security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences
- Must be able to complete all tasks in line with Federal and Territory legislation
- Must be able to report and prevent the entry of any unauthorised guests
- Must be able to provide First Aid assistance when required
