Job Summary
Conduct truck gate and access control duties, maintain daily activity logs, and document all incidents in detailed reports. Perform walking and vehicular patrols throughout your shift while enforcing customer rules professionally. Arrive on time in uniform, interact with the public, and assess emergencies effectively using mobile technology. This Full-Time position in McDonough, GA, requires a 24 Training Certification, valid driver's license, and active US work status. Shifts include Sunday through Thursday from 2300 to 0700 and Saturday from 0500 to 1300. Report to Captains at Master Security, an Equal Opportunity employer offering medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years
- Legal work status in the US
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Reliable and functional transportation (Public transportation is not acceptable)
- Ownership of a cell phone for contact by Operations Supervisors
- Ability to pass a criminal background check with no felony arrests or convictions
- Must have an active 24 Training Certification
- Ability to perform duties as stated in post orders, which may include standing/walking for extended periods or lifting
- Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Possession of a VALID full driver's license (public transportation is not acceptable)
- Ability to interact and communicate with the public
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to assess and evaluate emergencies effectively
- Ability to quickly and accurately identify critical issues and respond appropriately
