Job Summary
Conduct ID checks, respond to emergencies, and act as the primary information centre for staff and visitors. Ensure reception areas remain clean by supervising cleaning staff while maintaining vigilance for health and safety risks. Write detailed incident reports, manage conflict appropriately, and utilize IT systems to operate detecting and emergency equipment. Maintain a professional demeanour and deliver succinct verbal and written communications. This role requires an SIA license, one year of security experience, and strong multitasking skills.
