Job Summary
Act as a point of contact and information centre to staff and visitors, guarding access points and permitting or refusing entry while restraining trespassers. Conduct foot patrols within defined areas to deter theft and protect client property and assets. Investigate accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activities, safety, and fire events, taking appropriate lawful action as authorized by corporate policy. Complete daily reports including relevant information, observations, surveillance footage, and signatures. Operate all pass systems, conduct lawful searches of vehicles and persons, and perform practical firefighting duties. Maintain excellent communication skills verbally, in writing, and via security radios. This role requires a valid SIA licence, CCTV Licence, and minimum two years of security experience.

- Proven work experience as a Security Officer (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- High level of self-presentation
- IT literate- Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges
- Valid driver's license

- Lawful searches of vehicles and persons in accordance with instructions issued
