Job Summary
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic while verifying credentials and directing individuals to appropriate areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by communicating observations to site contacts or emergency responders. Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions. Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain activity logs in accordance with site-specific procedures. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery partners at a technology-focused location in Spartanburg, SC. Work part-time shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Tuesday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license
