Job Summary
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic while verifying credentials and directing individuals. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by communicating observations to site contacts or emergency responders. Conduct regular patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions. Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery partners by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and maintain required activity logs. Work part-time shifts from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday through Tuesday in Spartanburg, SC.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
