Job Summary
Greet and screen visitors, verify identification and appointments, and issue credentials while directing guests according to established access-control procedures. Monitor lobby activity, visitor logs, and access-control systems to report unusual behavior, then respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations using site-specific escalation protocols. Provide customer service to employees and clients by carrying out security-related procedures and maintaining accurate incident documentation. Work rotating shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including Thursday through Sunday, at a financial institution in Salt Lake City.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
