Job Summary
Conduct continuous patrols of the property to safeguard guests, visitors, associates, and assets. Answer house calls, assist individuals with safety and security concerns, and initiate investigations into crimes while documenting all contacts and incident reports. Monitor camera systems, maintain shift activity logs, and handle undesirable persons without disrupting operations. Assist supervisor in checking alarm and fire equipment, patrol associate areas, and note safety hazards. Maintain accurate records, operate two-way radios, and ensure compliance with property policies and fire-safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must possess basic computational ability
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Knowledge of property policy and fire-safety procedures
- Ability to operate hand held two-way radio and knowledge of ten codes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
