Job Summary
The Security Officer Level II is a uniformed position responsible for providing security services, requiring a minimum of a Level II Security Guard license. The role involves patrolling assigned areas, responding to emergencies, and maintaining safety protocols while delivering excellent customer service. Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, and possess strong observational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- All candidates will be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- All candidates will be required to obtain and maintain the New Mexico State Security Guard Level II license
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must possess company approved Security Officer Level II equipment
- Must be able to record information accurately and completely
- Must accurately recall and express oneself clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
- Must remain calm under stressful conditions
- Must operate a motor vehicle safely
- Must abide by Santa Clara Development policies on uniform appearance
- Must demonstrate the ability to produce well-written documents
- Must successfully participate in mandated in-house training
- Must always maintain a good attendance record
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working in Security preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills and the ability to utilize Microsoft Applications
Additional Requirements
