Security Officer - Lab Flex

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare laboratory environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalating concerns as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals entering restricted laboratory, clinical, and administrative areas in accordance with site-specific procedures. Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Commit to a six-month fixed shift at an assigned site in Tempe, AZ, with the option to pick up additional shifts through the Claim-A-Shift program.
