Job Summary
Respond to emails, organize shift reports, and answer the office phone in a professional manner. Maintain a clean appearance, stay courteous to guests and staff, and update lost and found logs. Perform two daily building patrols per shift and learn maintenance of room safes and door hardware. Work flexible hours to cover call-outs, holidays, and events with a rotating schedule. Requires a NY Security License, hotel luxury experience, and reliable transportation. Medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings are included.
