Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of the business location and perimeter, monitoring access points, visitor activity, and facility conditions. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures. Serve and safeguard clients in financial institutions and other industries in Port Isabel, TX. Day shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
