Job Summary
Provides security services for staff, patients, and premises; conducts interior and exterior rounds, observes safety and security issues, escorts staff and patients as requested, responds to alarms and emergency requests, and maintains life-safety equipment and documentation. Creates and issues ID badges, reviews incidents, conducts post-incident reporting, and may operate a patrol vehicle. Requires strong customer service, proactive hazard identification, and coordination with clinical staff; includes duties such as door checks, monitoring of lighting, elevator operation, and assisting with disruptive individuals. After a conditional offer, candidate must successfully complete a psychological assessment. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years' experience in security or related field
- Conditional offer followed by psychological assessment
