Security Officer I

Maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests, team members, and company assets by controlling access to restricted areas, monitoring passage in and out of the casino, and checking for safety hazards. Handle routine customer complaints, respond promptly to incidents and accidents, and write detailed reports. Assist in transporting money and chips while keeping the work area clean and orderly. Answer all calls professionally and participate in routine drills as assigned. Adhere to regulatory and company policies, promoting a positive attitude during high-volume customer interactions. Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays, with shifts and locations subject to change.
