Job Summary
Security Officer I position responsible for performing all security-related tasks, responding to alarms, supervising emergency responses, screening visitors and employees after hours, documenting incidents, and enforcing policies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and completion of 40-hour security officer training (hazmat training preferred). Proficient in reporting, de-escalation techniques, basic first aid, and familiarity with CCTV/access-control systems; shift is PRN daytime hours in a hospital setting.
