Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by greeting them, directing them, verifying access credentials, and maintaining visitor logs. Monitor entry points, cameras, and communications systems while reporting unusual activity or maintenance issues. Respond to incidents and critical situations by contacting emergency services or facility representatives as directed. Staff the front desk and assist with wayfinding to support a welcoming healthcare environment. This six-month commitment includes an anchor shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Candidates must meet hospital vaccination requirements, be able to work in an environment including a morgue, and possess a high school diploma. A state-issued security license is preferred, and applicants will undergo a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue
- Must be able to restrain individuals as needed
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
