Security Officer Hospital Restraint Response

Monitor assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions or incidents to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly according to site procedures. Work part-time shifts including Friday mornings through early Sunday evenings in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
