Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter security incidents and identify hazards. Respond to incidents, patient-related concerns, and critical situations following established healthcare facility protocols while providing customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. Monitor access points, support visitor management procedures, and document observations, incidents, and security activities accurately. Maintain a visible, professional presence to ensure safety and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns to site leadership. Work rotating shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, or similar schedules in Ringgold, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in and around a hospital morgue
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
