Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter zones to identify unusual activity and hazards while maintaining a visible presence. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, supporting patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service. Monitor access points, manage visitor procedures, and document all patrols, incidents, and observations accurately for site contacts or leadership. Work night shifts from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Sunday, in a healthcare location in Bartlett, TN. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid driver's license, and meet hospital vaccination requirements, including the ability to work around a morgue.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in/around a hospital morgue
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to restrain individuals
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
