Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Respond to incidents, patient or visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, following established site procedures. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Assist with access control and visitor management processes while documenting incidents, observations, and completed activities accurately. Work part-time shifts in a hospital setting in Smyrna, TN, requiring a valid driver's license, ability to work in a morgue, and capacity to restrain individuals.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in a hospital morgue
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
