Security Officer Hospital

Conduct surveillance of healthcare premises to protect staff, visitors, and members. Patrol on foot, bicycle, or vehicle to identify unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized individuals. Orally and physically de-escalate individuals as needed while inspecting security devices and fire control equipment. Screen members, visitors, and client employees for admittance and respond to incidents including fires, medical emergencies, bomb threats, and hazardous materials with calm urgency. Perform patient escorts, patient watch, safety escorts, and transport deceased to the morgue. Maintain vigilance for crime, disorder, hazards, and unusual activity while providing friendly, professional customer service.
