Job Summary
Join the Security Department at the Behavioral Wellness Center, where Security Officers play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of hospital patients, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities include patrolling campus, monitoring entrances, responding to incidents, completing incident reports, and assisting with traffic control. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and strong situational awareness. Preferred candidates will have healthcare security experience and ACT 235 certification. Strong interpersonal, written documentation, and de-escalation skills are essential.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of one year of security, law enforcement, or related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hospital, healthcare, or behavioral health security experience
- ACT 235 certification
- Ability to complete CPI or de-escalation training within 30 days of hire
