Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly, including contacting site leadership or emergency services. Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points, assist with visitor procedures, and document security incidents and daily activities. Support healthcare operations by helping with de-escalation and providing directions during routine or high-stress situations. Work fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment, with options to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Must meet hospital vaccination requirements, hold a valid driver's license, and have at least two years of experience in a healthcare or medical-related field.
Required Qualifications
- Must meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Must be able to work in a hospital environment that includes the morgue
- Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting
- Must have 2 or more years of service in a healthcare or medical-related field
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- Applicants will be subject to a drug screen
