Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, and building perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence. Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, and critical situations following established protocols while providing customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Monitor access points, report suspicious activity and hazards, and prepare accurate activity and incident reports. Maintain professional communication with staff, visitors, and responding agencies. Day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
