Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property buildings, lobbies, parking areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel. Monitor access points and observe building activity, assisting with visitor directions and reporting unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious activity. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Work day shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
