Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual activity. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while monitoring access points and observing visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity. Document patrol observations, incidents, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Work a day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Possess a Guard Card/License is preferred
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred
