Job Summary
Patrol designated hotel areas, respond to disturbances and emergencies, and escort guests to their rooms while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain daily activity logs, prepare incident reports, and communicate information to management. Monitor TV cameras, perform bell person tasks, and assist guests with luggage. Follow sustainability guidelines, safety standards, and OSHA protocols. Work varying shifts including holidays and weekends, requiring extended standing and lifting up to 25 pounds. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or related field
- Prior security experience
- CPR/First Aid
- Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays and weekends and alternate shifts
- Requires standing for extended periods
