Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances using established protocols, while conducting regular patrols of building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeters to report hazards. Monitor access points, assist with visitor screening, and document all incidents and observations accurately. This six-month commitment includes anchor shifts with options to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings, offering flexible part-time hours in Newport, RI. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions, and applicants must complete a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment
