Job Summary
Greet visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and provide professional customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain visitor records, and communicate routine information to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Maintain awareness of front desk activities and report unusual conditions, access concerns, and/or policy violations to site leadership or Allied Universal management. Work a day shift from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, earning $15.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license
