Job Summary
Greet visitors, manage access control and badge processes, monitor alarm panels, and provide professional customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Verify visitor credentials, direct guests according to site requirements, answer phones, receive deliveries, and maintain visitor records. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while reporting unusual conditions or policy violations to site leadership. Requires at least 2 years of security-related experience, a high school diploma, and valid driver's license for driving positions. Full-time day shift from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license
