Job Summary
Conduct patrols, manage access control, and greet visitors while maintaining a professional uniform. Create access passes, verify individuals, and complete the daily occurrence book. Handle incident reporting and communicate effectively with clients and the public. This role is part of GUK's Estates Team, providing frontline protection across retail sectors. Candidates must hold a valid SIA licence, have two years of retail experience, and possess First Aid at Work certification.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of right to work
- Valid SIA licence
- 5 Year employment history
- Experience of composing emails and preparing incident reports
- First Aid at Work
- 2 Years experience at working in the retail Sector
Desired Qualifications
- SIA CCTV preferred
