Job Summary
Conduct daily walkarounds to identify faults, ensuring premises remain well-presented and clean, then report these issues to Management. Monitor CCTV and handle queries from Shopping Centre Tenants and the public while deescalating conflict and managing security incidents. Maintain stakeholder relationships with retailers, coach staff on service excellence, and compose incident reports using basic IT skills. Follow GUK and Client health and safety protocols, proactively solving problems and recognizing priorities within your workload.
Required Qualifications
- SIA and CCTV licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic report writing and IT skills
- Able to compose emails and prepare incident reports
- Proactively uses initiative to recognise priorities within own workload
- Able to problem solve
- A good level of spoken and written English
- Dealing with difficult situations and finding solutions
