Job Summary
Monitor multiple screens and business intelligence sources to detect, analyze, and alert on incidents impacting client safety, including extreme weather, political instability, and technical failures. Respond to alarms by dispatching security patrols or contacting Fire and Police services as needed. Investigate critical situations calmly and execute emergency response activities while assisting employees with global safety and security concerns. Provide customer service by enforcing site-specific policies and travel safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five (5) years of verifiable experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of military, law enforcement, government, or security experience
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
