Job Summary
Maintain direct communication with supervisors while patrolling assigned areas to observe and report unusual, dangerous, or suspicious activities. Safeguard the facility by escorting money and important documentation, writing reports on internal, criminal, or injury-related matters, and assisting guests to build goodwill. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, keeping the environment clean, safe, and enjoyable while projecting confidence and professionalism. Available for all shifts including weekends and holidays, with a preference for qualified Santa Ana Tribal Members.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to communicate and correspond clearly and effectively
- Must have valid driver's license
- Must be available for all shifts
- Must Pass pre-employment drug test
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
- All employees are required to proficiently use a smartphone for company applications, email, and text
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission key gaming license
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Must be able to work various hours including weekends and holidays
- Must present self in a well-groomed, professional appearance
- Must be able to work at a fast pace
- Must be able to handle stress effectively
- Must be able to sit for long durations of time
- Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality regarding company information
- Must have excellent problem-solving abilities
- Must be a detail oriented, organized individual with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Display strong verbal and written communication skills
