Job Summary
Enforce company security and safety regulations while guarding the transfer of money and chips from the Change Booth to the Main Cage. Perform all security and safety-related duties to ensure casino regulations are adhered to at all times. Represent the company and its property by maintaining a well-groomed appearance and interacting professionally with the general public. Consistently demonstrate superior customer service skills by greeting guests warmly, anticipating needs, and resolving service breakdowns effectively. Maintain an upbeat attitude and create a positive atmosphere that celebrates guest wins. Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including sitting, standing, or walking for long periods. Respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling conflicts.
